Positive, The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nightlife. My one-bedroom suite was big and had a nice bathroom. A small balcony which I loved. Super nice team and friendly.

The hotel's location was the best and strategic in the main market area. I had coffee at Baba Cafe, located within 10 minutes walk. I got above average breakfast with beautiful view.

Location is very good. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are really nice decorated, at least in the main biulding. There are just couple of bars infront of the hotel but they aren't that noisy... Love the hotel.

All the staff were really helpful, the breakfast was satisfactory with beautiful view. Had the best location by a night market which has huge speakers blasting out 1980's dance music.
As for me, the area was really noisy.

The hotel has a lovely facade and the room appeared as expected from the photos. The friendly staff was very helpful . The location is ideal, being just about 100m from Patong Beach, with access to both the beach and local amenities.
The hot tub was not well maintained and was filthy.

I originally booked for 4 nights but was able to stay another 3 nights as I was happy staying there. I was in a loft wing room overlooking the gardens at the rear. Very comfortable, air con, balcony, large bathroom and shower etc. The staff were always helpful and understanding, the Rayaburi restaurant was excellent food and service at a good price I ate their nearly everynight. Overall I enjoyed my stay there as it was minutes walk to the beach and close to all the shops and night life. Thanks Rayaburi

Good location - comfortable rooms - reasonable price - good housekeeping staff - but terrible reception staff.
Very unfriendly reception staff - they showed very clearly that they were not happy that they had to entertain guest who had booked online. They started to dispute most of the terms and conditions of the on-line booking. Thsi happened to me, another friedn who had booked online as well as another family who happned to arrive around the same time as us. The comment made by the arrogant duty manager was that they do not make much money with on-line bookings !!!!!!!!!! While checking out I found on my bill chages for 3600+ Thai Bath worth of international calls made from my room - the dates and timing were not accurate (some before we checked in) and the staff were quick to drop these phone charges from my bill when I asked to see the owner - very suspicious ????

Encountered numerous issues including multiple room changes, a lack of communication about belongings being thrown out, and missing items from the hotel. The hot tub's tiles were falling off and caused an injury, and general hygiene seemed subpar, leaving much to be desired.

The service were good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Welcome drinks offered to guest is a plus! Thumb up. The facilities is worth for the price.
Beach towel should be provided for free to guest instead of rent it. Free airport shuttle service for 3 nights stay guest would be great.

Here's what works, and what doesn't
Excellent location, just a stone's throw from the beach! I loved the friendly and accommodating staff.
The unwelcome surprise of being charged for a stained towel really marred the experience! Be prepared to navigate a confusing building layout at times!

The location is closed to beach and shops.
The hotel is surrounded by bilyard areas, so it's not comfortable for family.
